There's a new Italian (dairy) spot in town, thanks to the Prime Hospitality Group. Service Station, a former gas station turned restaurant--replete with garage doors-- next to the Bentley Hotel (home of another Prime spot, Prime at the Bentley), will serve pizza (including gluten free options), pasta, fish, and salad. Plus, what we find most exciting, an assortment of homemade cheeses.

Set to open July 28, it will have a beer garden with 100 varieties of beer and a full bar manned by mixologist Bratislav Glisic. Service Station has outdoor seating for 200 and can accommodate events and parties.

This is Prime Hospitality group's second dairy pizza restaurant. They already run Pizza da Solo in the Sony building.
