A LES Pickle Emporium Turns to The Frying Pan

Kosher Lower East Side pickle emporium The Pickle Guys have announced that they will open a fried pickle eatery sometime this spring, likely in March or April.

Located on Grand Street, the shop will soon feature counter-service kosher fare that will likely include fried pickled okra, mushrooms, and tomatoes, manager William Soo told Eater. They are even contemplating expanding to burgers. The offerings will mainly be to-go, however there will be a small amount of seating inside the store.
