Free Printable Calendars for 2027

Choose the amount of time you need to see before choosing the visual design. A monthly calendar gives individual dates enough room for appointments and short notes. The yearly view is better for comparing the spacing between commitments across several months. A blank calendar removes date numbers entirely, while the Julian reference adds continuous day numbers beside familiar Gregorian dates.

All four views use the same server-side date calculations where dates are needed. They do not create an online schedule, synchronize with an account or send reminders. Use the sheet as a clear reference, add your own confirmed information, and keep a saved master if you expect to print another copy later.

Open a month to see its complete grid, available layouts and sourced federal holiday reference. Each card below shows the weekday of the first date, calculated from the calendar rather than entered as decorative text. Changing the first column from Sunday to Monday does not change that weekday.

Some months need a different number of rows depending on the chosen week start. January and August are useful examples. The dates stay intact; blank padding simply moves around them. Adjacent-month links make it easy to compare a boundary without combining two months into one crowded sheet.

The layouts change the writing surface, not the underlying dates. Begin with the amount and type of information you plan to add. A few short appointments may suit Classic; a running task list may be easier to manage in a separate notes panel. The preview cards lead to a clean January page, where the toolbar lets you select the named layout and review the result before downloading.

Friday 1 January opens the year, and Friday 31 December closes it. There are 365 days, with 28 in February because 2027 is not a leap year. ISO week 1 runs from Monday 4 January through Sunday 10 January. The first three civil dates of January therefore belong to the final ISO week of the preceding year; week-year labels and calendar-year labels are not always identical.

The 2027 holidays reference lists eleven statutory US federal holidays. It separates the statutory date from the standard observed day when a fixed-date holiday falls at a weekend. Juneteenth, Independence Day and Christmas need that distinction in 2027. The tables are a reference for planning, not a universal list of school, state or private workplace closures. 1. Choose the page and options. Open a month or another calendar view, then select the template, week start, paper size and ink setting. Enable notes only if you need that additional writing area.
2. Choose the output. Download PDF for a prepared document, JPEG for a single image, or select Print calendar to use your browser's print dialog. Downloads reflect the options shown on the page.
3. Check the preview. Match the printer paper, review scaling and margins, and disable the browser's own headers and footers if unwanted. Navigation and editorial sections are already excluded from the calendar print view.

Keep one unmarked file as a master. A printed copy can then be changed freely without losing the original layout or requiring an account on the site.
